Eid Biscuits Baking Trials

|

I went to my aunt's place yesterday and I managed to bake two types of biscuits. These are trials to the biscuits that I'm gonna make/sell for eid.

First one is the Chocolate Rice Biscuits. This biscuit is super duper delicious. And I like the fact that it's soft but yet crunchy and it crumbles when you eat it. aaAaAaHhHhh ~ it's gotta be one of the greatest tasting biscuits I've ever tried (and no... it's not because I made it). The only downside to it is that it's expensive to make. I'm gonna have to try find cheaper alternatives to some of the ingredients that I've used. Otherwise I'm gonna have to put a higher than average price tag. =( and I don't want that... coz I know that some people are complaining cakes are expensive... and I don't want my customers to be burdened by buying expensive biscuits too...

The second biscuits I made were Crystal Balls (a.k.a. Biskut Arab in Malay). It's not as impressive as the Chocolate Rice Biscuits but it's still good! Plus, it looks very very cuteeeee. =)
