An Entry from My Journal Years Ago

I thought I would write down my goals, dreams, fantasy right now.
Like everyone else I would like to be rich. I want to have at least one million. By the age of 30 I want to have $500,000 in my account. Seems impossible but I'll try my best.
I would like to have a PhD. in psychology before I turn 35 or 40. I know doing it in my 20s is impossible.
I want to be a fashion desginer. I don't have to be world known but at least in South East Asia.
I would like to know how to play one musical instrument.
Wear a tube before I turn 30.
Get married between the age 26-30. Maybe 28 is the best time.
Get a first class honours degree.

I am 20 right now. I'm gonna start Uni this year. I'll finish Uni when I'm 25. Start working at 26 years old. Have a stable job at 27 or 28 years old. Would have to pay back my student loan before getting married. If I move at this pace I will not have $500,000 when I'm 30 and I will only get married around 30ish.

Solutions?
1) Get a part time job during Uni to reduce student loan?
2) Make an investment? Risky and inexperience

And that was an entry from my journal years ago. Although a little childish and naive and definitely embarassing hehe... I thought I'd share this. Somehow it helped me remember some of the goals that I set for myself but forgot about.

From all of these things that I've listed... I'm happy to say that I've accomplished one goal... which is getting a first class honours degree... *jump in joy*
The rest however.... hmmm...

1) Do I want $500,000 in my savings by 30? Haha I wish.. cause you see... I'm planning to do my masters too... and that means definitely no $500,00 worth in my savings hehe...
2)PhD in psychology? Yeah I'd love to... but mayyybe only if I end up being a lecturer or something and I have the finances to back me up.
3)Be a fashion designer? I still love it and I still want to... but I dun have a big dream of being well known anymore... as long as I can make outfits for myself I am very happy. And I don't know how to go about in trying to be a fashion designer yet. E.g. wut courses to take etc. etc.
4)Learn how to play one musical instrument? Why not? Hehe I just need to decide which one...
5) Wear a tube before I turn 30! Hahaha definitely! Haven't done it yet tho...
6)Getting married between 26-30? Hmmm I'm not sure if that's possible.

But then you know what? I think I WILL stick to my plans when I was 20 years old! Doesnt hurt to dream Big and honestly, I think it will actually help you get off your ass and do something about it! Chase Your Dreams!

I did not take on any of the two solutions that I listed above in order to have $500,000 or be able to get married by 30. However, I also don't have a student loan to pay off (except maybe $5000) and I graduated at the age of 24, not 25 =) And hopefully, I will get a job soon. HIRE ME! hahahaha
